Licenses

This is the detailed version of Credits. It lists every license that applies to the material on lukas.tools and links to the full text of each.

Game assets: CC BY-SA 3.0

Sprites, icons, and item descriptions from Space Station 14 and the Starlight fork are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license, except where an individual file states otherwise.

• Attribution: Space Wizards Federation and the Starlight project.
• Changes: icons are displayed at integer pixel scale on a dark inset tile. No pixels are repainted; only size and framing change.
• ShareAlike: those assets, and this presentation of them, remain under CC BY-SA 3.0.

Code: MIT

Space Station 14 and Starlight code is under the MIT license. Copyright holders include the Space Wizards Federation (2017 to 2026) and Starlight (2024 to 2026).

Starlight contribution window

A subset of Starlight contributions, made between 4 November 2024 and 28 February 2026, is covered by a modified MIT license that additionally requires attribution to the Starlight repository. That relicensing is in progress upstream. Contributions outside that window are plain MIT.

This site

The lukas.tools code itself (layout, search, and the tools) is separate from the game data it displays. Questions about reuse can go to contact@lukas.tools.
